Sinopsi:
Carmen Broto was a beautiful lady of humble origins who, shortly after arriving to Barcelona from a little village in Huesca, around 1942, slowly entered the circles of power of Francoist Spain working as a luxury prostitute. After falling from favour amongst many acquaintances due to the disparaging of one of her wealthy lovers, Julio Muñoz Ramonet, she thought that she could avenge herself by denouncing the vice and misery of the powerful people she had come to know.
