Sinopsi: Alfonso is a 40 year old worker of a metallurgical factory, big football fan as the rest of his colleagues.

When their factory is acquired by an American multinational the new management imposes modern methods, which clash with the easy and simple ways of the workers.

The tension with the managers begins to increase when some workers are laid off. Besides, there are some personal differences between Alfonso and Borja, one of the most snobbish directives. In order to try to improve relations, it is decided to play “the fraternity match”, in a very American style. But football is not baseball... and that seams a good idea then becomes an adventure for all the group..
